I had the honour of speaking at an event hosted my MMP Lucille Collard on Friday, March 29th 2024 at Jackson Cafe in Ottawa. I thought a lot about what I wanted to share, and eventually decided to talk about the struggles of starting a small business. As I spoke, I could see eyes in the crowd light up as I shared the challenges of getting started as a small business owner. I founded “Organized Spaces by Danielle Drever” because I wanted to do something that I love, that I am good at and that makes a difference in the lives of others. The importance of living and working in an organized environment is something that is so often pushed aside for other seemingly more important priorities. I am a strong advocate that our space has a powerful impact on how we feel and how we are able to interact with the world. It has the power to influence our mood, our motivation and our efficiency. Living in an organized way can allow us to save time and money. This in turn creates space for the things which allow us to live life to the fullest.
